Policy: Before sending a claim, understand our warranty only covers defects in materials or craftsmanship. Warranty does NOT cover: orders placed over 365 days ago, final sale clearance items, or typical wear and tear damage like yellowing, scratches, dents, etc. Products within warranty will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value.
