Order Fulfillment
Once your order is placed, it usually ships within 48 hours, M-F. If you ordered after 1pm EST on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following week. Please allow additional processing time for weekends, holidays, sales, and pre-order items. Each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your package.

Orders over $80: 7-10 Days - FREE
USPS First Class: 7-10 days - $10

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are items that are not currently in-stock, but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. Items marked as PRE-ORDER will ship on their release date, which can be found in the description. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out as soon as the item is stocked in our warehouse. We will notify you via email at the time of shipment.
Coupon Codes
Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout- You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
Package Safety & Liability
All shipped orders become the responsibility of USPS. In the rare event that a package is lost, please contact yout local USPS office for a resolution. If the package is still lost after 7 days of being marked "delivered", contact Velvet Caviar. Velvet Caviar may offer a complimentary replacement shipment. Refunds are not applicable on lost orders.
Taxes & Duties
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
Currency Conversions
While you can choose your local currency through the Currency Selector at the top of our website, all items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but it should match closely with the current rate. Velvet Caviar is not responsible for any price differences determined by your bank.
