Velvet Caviar's 1 year warranty exclusively applies to defects in materials, craftsmanship, or functionality. Please note that warranty does NOT cover:
- orders made over 365 days ago
- final sale or clearance items
- replacement items
Additionally, the warranty does NOT cover typical wear and tear damage, including but not limited to:
- yellowing
- minor scratches
- dents and scuffs
- fading of color
- discoloration from everyday handling
- gradual loosening of buttons
- deterioration, and/or any defects resulting from normal aging, abuse, or improper use of the product
Products within warranty will be replaced or exchanged with the same product or a product of equal value.
