Order Fulfillment

Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. Arrival time is an estimate and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. Each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package. If for any reason there is a delay or inability to ship your order, you will be contacted via phone or email as soon as possible by one of our representatives. All orders placed before 12PM EST Monday-Friday will be shipped same day!


Pre-orders are items that are not currently in-stock, but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. Items marked as PRE-ORDER will ship on their release date, which can be found in the description. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out as soon as the item is stocked in our warehouse. We will notify you via email at the time of shipment.

Coupon Codes

Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout- You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.

Taxes & Duties
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
Currency Conversations
While you can choose your local currency through the Currency Selector at the top of our website, all items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but it should match closely with the current rate. Velvet Caviar is not responsible for any price differences determined by your bank.
