Our warranty covers product defects in materials or craftsmanship within 365 days of purchase. The Velvet Caviar warranty does NOT cover: orders placed over 365 days ago, final sale or clearance items, or typical wear and tear damage (yellowing, scratches, dents, etc.). Products within warranty will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value.

Free returns within 30 days of purchase! Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging, along with the original packing slip. Items on "Sale" or "Clearance are not eligible for returns.
