Our warranty covers product defects in materials or craftsmanship within 365 days of purchase. The Velvet Caviar warranty does NOT cover: orders placed over 365 days ago, final sale or clearance items, or typical wear and tear damage (yellowing, scratches, dents, etc.). Products within warranty will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value.

Free returns within 30 days of purchase! Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. "Sale" and "Clearance" items are not eligible for returns. Returns are free if you’re unsatisfied with your order for any reason, but fees may apply for exchanges due to incorrect sizing. You can automatically request a return label through our returns portal. Please allow 5–10 business days for your return to be processed.
