Our warranty covers product defects in materials or craftsmanship within 365 days of purchase. The Velvet Caviar warranty does NOT cover: orders placed over 365 days ago, final sale or clearance items, or typical wear and tear damage (yellowing, scratches, dents, etc.). Products within warranty will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value.

Free returns within 30 days of purchase! Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. "Sale" and "Clearance" items are not eligible for returns.
